What hair color product works the best?

Basically, I want my hair color to match Kristen Cavallari's hair color. I also want to know what brand to buy that would achieve that?





I have brown underlayers that should have been blonde.


I have assorted blonde highlights through my hair. Sorta yellowish and not the beige/white blonde color I wanted.





and my roots still show in the root touch ups for the highlights so it looks pretty bad.What hair color product works the best?
