on may i got blond highlights on my dark brown hair. a month later i grew tired of it and decided to color all of it black. i used Loreal Fereis..ofcourse as some of u may have already guessed, THE COLOR DIDNT HOLD !!! the black washed off in 2 weeks and i began to notice blond streeks again !! i
im thinking of recoloring my hair again..black ofcourse. but NOT WITH LOREAL FERRIS !!
does any one know REALLY good hair color products that WONT wash of and stay permanent even on highlights.Good hair color products?
