I have never heard that it is but anyone can tell you that you have it in your hair.It has a smell.Don't use it.It doesn't work that well either.There are too many other things you can use that are so much better.Is Grecian Formula damaging to your hair? More than other hair color products?
Grecian is the worst product out there...color doesn't stay or last at all.
